SantaCon Winter Haven does not sell, serve, or provide alcohol. All food and beverage service is provided solely by independently owned and operated establishments, each of which maintains its own licenses, policies, and insurance.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Attendees are responsible for their own actions, transportation, and consumption. SantaCon Winter Haven assumes no responsibility or liability for personal injury, property damage, alcohol related incidents, or conduct occurring before, during, or after participation.

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless SantaCon Winter Haven, its organizers, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any claims arising from participation.
